Look, we're not gonna pretend we've discovered some ancient secret to eternal youth or whatever. But what we have got? Years of training, hands that know exactly what they're doing, and honestly - we just really care about making you feel better.

Our spa overlooks the water (because of course it does), and there's something about watching the waves while getting a massage that just hits different. We've kept things natural - lots of local ingredients, nothing synthetic or weird, and treatments that actually work instead of just sounding fancy.

Whether you've been carrying stress in your shoulders for months or just want someone to pamper you for a couple hours, we're here for it.

Massage Therapy

From deep tissue (when you've really overdone it) to Swedish (when you just need to chill), hot stone, aromatherapy... basically if there's a knot, we'll find it.

Hydrotherapy Circuit

Steam room, sauna, and a vitality pool that's basically the perfect temperature. Spend some time here before your treatment - trust me on this.

Relaxation Lounges

Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water, heated loungers, herbal teas... it's where you go post-treatment to just exist peacefully for a bit.

Private Treatment Suites

Eight treatment rooms that feel more like luxury hotel rooms than spa spaces. Complete privacy, incredible views, and really good sound systems.

The Practical Stuff

Come about 20-30 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to change, hit the hydrotherapy circuit, and actually relax before your treatment starts. If you rush in right at appointment time, you're missing out on half the experience.

Gratuities aren't included but are definitely appreciated. Standard's 18-20% if you're happy with your service. We can add it to your room if you're staying with us, or you can settle it at checkout.

Hotel guests can access the hydrotherapy circuit for $45/day. For outside visitors, we offer a day pass for $75 which includes the steam room, sauna, vitality pool, and relaxation lounges.

We get it - life happens. Just give us 24 hours notice and we're totally cool. Less than that and we have to charge 50% because we've held that spot for you. No-shows get charged the full amount.

The spa's generally for ages 16+, though we do offer some treatments for younger guests with parental supervision. Give us a call if you're planning something for a teen - we'll work it out.
